Reaper - Chapter 1The night was fresh, a cloudless starry night, though the light pollution emanating from the large city blocked a clear view at those bright specks of light. The moon was half and shone brightly, the beacon of the limitless black sky. All was quiet in an empty alleyway in this city, all except the tearing of skin, the spill of blood and the last desperate gasps of an innocent. Quiet now, until the thud of the body that hit the floor and the steps that echoed through the dark passage.
